Stockbroking and financial services
The division includes stockbroking, unit trust and asset management, derivatives and credit service.The TA also has securities firm in HK via its subsidiary TA Securities (HK) Limited.
Property Development
The group bought a few parcel of prime land in KL city centre many year ago. and start to ventures into property development just 3-4 years back. Current property projects includes:Idaman Residence which launched in October 2005, it is a 34-storey freehold
luxury condominium located strategically within KL’s Golden Triangle and a stone’s throw away
from KLCC. It is designed by the internationally renowned architect Kenneth Yeang, and offers 9 unrivalled apartment designs with modern contemporary themes and quality finishes. TAP’s first highrise development is scheduled for completion in end-2008. A few development projects in Damansara area.
The TA also decided to adopt a dividend policy which will pay the shareholders consistent yearly dividends ranging between 40% and 60% of the Group’s net profit for that financial year subject to the availability of cash reserves and the Group requirement to retain cash in the business for future expansion or investments.
