ICON City, Mah Sing Group's flagship project, is set to create a positive imprint on the city's landscape. An integrated development, Icon City  is strategically located  in SS8, at the intersection of Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and the Federal Highway.

"Icon City will provide you with  true convenience as you can live, work and have fun without stepping out from this 'world within a world'," said the group's chief operating officer Andy Chua.

Situated on an 8.1ha site, Icon City's components include i-Sovo (small office versatile office), boutique offices, residences, and a retail mall, hotel and central park.

These conveniences make for a stress-free lifestyle by eliminating the need to brave the city's grid-lock traffic jams for lunch, dinner or business meetings.

Want to go for an early morning jog or leisurely  walk? Just head to the central park. Stroll back to your home at Icon Residenz for a shower and breakfast before beginning your work day at the boutique offices or i-Sovo.

You can do your banking and other matters at 30 Jewels (seven- and eight-storey lifestyle shop-offices).     Gourmet Street offers food and beverage outlets while the retail mall is  just the place  to go for a shopping spree, movie and food. Your overseas business contacts can  stay at Icon Hotel which frees them from having to commute to meet you.

"Designed to be a pedestrian-friendly locale, Icon City allows you to leave your car at home, thereby promoting green living," said Chua.

Icon Residenz, consisting of two 40-storey towers of serviced apartments with built-up areas of between 52.9  and 166.8sq metres, is open for registration. The 212 units at i-Sovo (Tower 3A) are now up for sale.

"i-Sovo consists of two towers,  Tower 3 and Tower 3A. The 199 units in Tower 3 were sold out within two months and the take up rate for the units in Tower 3A with a built-up area of 69.2sq metres each, priced from RM695,000, is very good."

On the uniqueness of the i-Sovo units, he said, the duplex suites had a ceiling height of seven metres. Owners  have access to the exclusive executive club which is equipped with gym, jacuzzi, sauna and other facilities.

"You can hold meetings here, as Wifi and audio-visual facilities are available, and invite guests for casual drinks and discussions," Chua added. "Every unit at Icon Residenz is a semi-detached unit in the sky, with a fantastic view of greenery," he said.

The apartments cost between RM499,000 and RM2.1 million. They  come with fully-fitted kitchen cabinets complete with hoods and hobs, air-conditioning,  bathrooms with features such as water heaters and shower screens, built-in wardrobes for three plus one and four plus one  bedroom units and audio-video intercom cum security systems.

"This iconic project of architectural brilliance is poised to be among the first integrated neighbourhood developments in South-East Asia to achieve the Unites State's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Malaysia Green Building Index and Singapore's Green Mark for its various components," he said.

Chua said Icon City hoped to attract those who valued work-life balance and believed in making the right investment choices. Within easy reach of the project are Kelana Jaya LRT, Seri Setia and Setia Jaya KTM stations, colleges such as Sunway University, Monash University, Taylor's Lakeside Campus, medical centres such as  Sunway, Sime Darby and Kelana Jaya medical centres, and malls and golf courses.

"We are offering early bird privileges including special discounts, free legal fees on the sales and purchase agreement and loan documentation, DIBS (pay nothing until completion), etc," Chua said.
