Mahsing was the top gainer during the month due to the news of 547.1 ha land in Pasir Gudang which plan to build a mega township with an estimated GDV of RM5 billion. Mahsing MD have set a sale target 3.6 billion for 2014 which is 20% more as compared to this year RM3 billion sale target.
We have received total RM228.50 net dividends from PPB, Paramount, Mahsing & Magnum during the month.
